We were asked to go and look at a property that had been acquired with regards to doing a major reno for a fast direct resale as the house was showing its age.
In situations like this your main objective is to create a first impression “moment”. What I mean by that is when the property goes up for sale your potential buyers walk through the front door and as they are going into different areas of the house the one thing they keep repeating to themselves is ‘yes I could live here’.
If you can achieve that you have already done probably 70% of the selling needed for a quick successful outcome.
This was the foundation for our plan on this particular project.
